Renew Accreditation

To renew your accreditation you must submit evidence of undertaking at least 1 FTL survey between July 1 2025 and June 30 2026 and provide a copy of your current insurance certificate.

You will also need to read the new Standard for Empty Bulk Vessel Surveys, the AGSA Policy, the AGSA Conflict of Interest Guidance Note – May 2026 and sign and upload the AGSA Code of Conduct.

The AGSA Policy and Notice of Review are contained in the Terms and Conditions of AGSA Accreditation section which can be found above on this page. Below is the AGSA Code of Conduct which you will need to read, sign and upload with your renewal form. The Schedule of Fees for 2026 is attached below. If you are renewing your accreditation, you are only charged the application fee if your accreditation has been expired for longer than 60 days.
