Renew Accreditation
To renew your accreditation you must submit evidence of undertaking at least 1 FTL survey between July 1 2024 and June 30 2025 and provide a copy of your current insurance certificate. You will also need to read the new Standard for Empty Bulk Vessel Surveys, the AGSA Policy, the Interim Guidance Note for Conflicts of Interest and the Notice of Review.
The AGSA Policy and Notice of Review are contained in the Terms and Conditions of AGSA Accreditation section which can be found above on this page. Below is the Accreditation Renewal Acknowledgement Form which you will need to sign and email a copy with your request for renewal of your accreditation. The Schedule of Fees for 2025/2026 is attached below in the Fee Schedule and Terms and Conditions of AGSA Accreditation.
